Buckeye Bars

Buckeye bars are a great peanut butter and chocolate treat similar to the peanut butter and chocolate buckeyes. They let you avoid the muss and fuss of rolling the mixture into bite-sized balls.

Ingredients:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
10 ounces milk chocolate chips
6 tbsps. cooking oil

Preparation:
Soften the butter and the peanut butter in the microwave and mix together. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar and mix well. Pat the peanut butter mixture into the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan. On low heat, melt the chocolate chips and stir in the cooking oil. Pour the chocolate over the peanut butter crust in the pan, and refrigerate for several hours. Cut into bars and serve, or take them to your picnic or Tailgate Party!
